Shipping Policy
At Pure Aura, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping (FREE): 3-5 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@pureaurashop.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
International shipping is not currently available. We are working on expanding to additional countries and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, please contact us at support@pureaurashop.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months). You will receive a shipping confirmation email each time a subscription order ships. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by emailing support@pureaurashop.com.
